The property features 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the upper floor, plus a living room with a sofa bed, TV, and board games on the ground floor. On this level you will also find a well-equipped kitchen and an additional toilet. Spread over two floors, the house provides a comfortable space for your group. Step outside into the private garden, a spacious green area perfect for adults, children, and pets. You also have a private barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals. Pets are allowed. As there are no neighboring houses, you can play music and have fun without disturbing anyone. We kindly ask you to use the facilities and resources responsibly. The house is located on the shore of the Ebro reservoir, with direct access to the beach, and the Monte Hijedo forest right behind. The village offers amenities such as bars, restaurants, a pharmacy, and a shop, all within the urban area. In the surroundings you can go horse riding, kitesurfing, and rafting, as well as hiking, fishing, hunting, water sports on the reservoir, and mushroom picking.
